Division Reading Hospital Rehabilitation at Wyomissing

Our fully licensed and regulated 50-bed skilled nursing care unit is located on the First Floor of Reading Health Rehabilitation Hospital. Here we provide skilled medical and rehabilitation services that act as a transition between acute care and home. Patients emerging from acute care benefit from our Transitional Care services, which act as a bridge to the home environment.

Evaluates, plans and implements treatment programs for a variety of referred inpatients ranging in diagnoses from stroke, trauma, cardiac, joint replacement, post orthopedic surgery, cancer, ICU and other general medical-surgical patients. Care is provided at the bedside in a patient-centered environment, collaborating with a large team of experienced Occupational and Physical Therapists and Assistants.

Position Requirements

Must be proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office and electronic documentation). Must have excellent interpersonal, customer service and teamwork skills. Previous experience preferred.
