Division Reading Hospital Rehabilitation at Wyomissing
Description Evaluates, plans, and implements treatment programs for referred patients according to acceptable principles and practices of Occupational Therapy. Demonstrates competency to evaluate and care for adolescent and geriatric patients Completes a thorough assessment of patient's status with consideration for patient's unique needs. Identifies and reports variances in normal development and function. Supervises the COTA/L, aides or volunteers in methods to enhance Rx programs. Exhibits pleasant, courteous, respectful, empathetic, patient- supportive behavior when interacting with patients, families and visitors.

PRN Rules:
•Must work 96 hours/year (8 hours/month) = 1-2 days/month and one calendar holiday a year
• PRNS are used for weekday and weekend. Shifts must be in 4-hour or 8-hour increments.
Position Requirements Previous experience is required. Must be proficient in electronic documentation and basic computer skills (ie. Microsoft Office). Bachelor's Degree: Applicable Major (Required), Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree: Occupational Therapy (Preferred) NBCOT Occupational Therapy Registration (Required) PA Occupational Therapy License (Required).
