Description The Patient Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service, clerical, and departmental support. Duties include assisting with departmental operations and handling clerical tasks such as sorting mail, filing, answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies. The Patient Service Representative is expected to assist in other activities as needed or assigned.
Position Requirements *High School Diploma or GED (Required)
*2 year / Associate Degree (Preferred)
*1 or more years of experience using an electronic medical record system (Preferred)
*1 or more years of experience working in a related field or position (Preferred)
*Required Skills: excellent communications skills; excellent interpersonal skills; excellent customer service skills; strong clerical skills; strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word; strong computer navigation skills; ability to type proficiently; ability to utilize multi-line telephone systems, ability to multi-task, work under stress, work independently and accomplish daily activities with little supervision; and organized and detail oriented
7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, every 3rd weekend
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time
Special Notes 12 hour shifts 3am-3:30pm with one 8 hour shift 7am-3:30pm including every 3rd weekend and every other holiday.
