In this position, you will become part of a talented, collaborative medical staff recruitment team atTower Health Tower Health Medical Group (THMG). You will have an impact on patient care by recruiting top-notch physicians across specialties for 75 locations. Your contributions will include:

  • Consistently showing your dedication to providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Demonstrating your customer service prowess and confident communication style by engaging regularly with various leaders across the organization.
  • Enthusiastically participating in and overseeing the full life cycle of recruitment for physicians.
  • Sourcing, engaging, interviewing, and educating candidates about opportunities.
  • Developing and strengthening internal stakeholder relationships by identifying and delivering the best and brightest physicians for assigned searches.
  • Building external relationships with targeted organizations.
  • Maintaining a talent pipeline.
  • Sharing your ideas to strategies and tactics in a growing health system.
  • Mentoring other team members.
  • Representing THMG at recruitment events.
  • Putting your persuasiveness to the test when extending offers and employment agreements.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment in which positive energy, patience, flexibility, and resilience when faced with setbacks are paramount.
  • Participating in other exciting projects as assigned.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor degree required*. Master’s preferred.(*Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.)
  • Three years of related experience required.
  • Previous healthcare, sales, marketing, customer service or recruiting background required. Physician recruitment experience is a plus. Knowledge of hospital environment is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills evidenced by a demonstrated comfort level interacting with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner.
  • Ability to persuade and influence both constituents and the general public.
  • Ability to work off hours as needed due to candidate availability, interview itineraries, or recruitment events.
  • Must be self-motivated and independent, able to work with minimum supervision with a sense of urgency and to work well with physicians and staff.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suite of applications.
  • Solid performer with a positive attitude who enjoys variety in a fast-paced environment.
