Description

Responsible for nutrition assessment/management of pre and post op surgical wt loss patients. Teaches group classes. Develops educational materials for patients and staff. Attends support group one evening per month. Writes articles for patient newsletter. Serves as a nutrition resource to the hospital team and the community. This position reports to the Program Coordinator of the Weight Manewsletter. Serves as a nutrition resource to the hospital team and the community. Position Requirements 4 year / Bachelor's Degree: Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Required)
COMMISSION ON DIETETIC REGISTRATION REGISTERED DIETITIAN (Required)
Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist-Pennsylvania (Required)
CPR Certification (Required)
BLS CERTIFICATION (Required)
Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (Preferred)
Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (Preferred)
DIABETES EDUCATION CERTIFICATION (Preferred)
Master's Degree: Nutrition, Dietetics, Education or related field (Preferred)
