Description Registered Nurses in the Float Pool support various areas of the health system such as Medical, Surgical, Cardiac, etc. Our relationship-based care model creates a healing environment for patients, families, nurses, and colleagues alike. As a member of the Float Pool, your pay rate will be based on your years of nursing experience plus an additional hourly premium for working in the Float Pool. 8 and 12 hour shifts are available. Every other weekend and holiday rotation is required. A generous shift differential and weekend differential is included. Our RNs are eligible for up to $8,000 per year in educational assistance, on-site certification prep courses, up-front certification exam coverage, and a financially incentivized career advancement program.
Position Requirements PA RN license is required. BSN or enrollment in a BSN program is highly preferred. BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is highly preferred. A minimum of two years of acute care experience is preferred. Strong medical/surgical experience is required. Candidate must be highly motivated, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
