Description Join the Transitional Sub-Acute Unit at the state of the art Reading Health Rehabilitation Hospital. The Transitional Sub-Acute Unit is a fully-licensed and regulated, 50 bed, short-term-stay, skilled nursing care Unit. Nurses care for patients with problems relating to post-hospital medical, and surgical needs, including rehabilitation, generalized weakness, cardiopulmonary conditions, wound care, diabetic monitoring and education and post orthopedic/surgical procedures. Schedule: 11pm-7:30am (Eight hour shifts) with rotating weekends (every other) and holidays.

Shift Differential of 10% of your hourly rate.
Weekend Differential of $2.50.
Position Requirements

1 year of acute care nursing experience (required).
