The System Director of Physician Recruitment, is responsible for responsible for the management and oversight of all physician and advanced practitioner (AP) (PAs, NPs, Midwives, CRNPs) recruitment within the Tower Health Tower Health Medical Group. The System Director works closely with senior leadership, key management and members of the medical staff. Reporting to the CEO of Tower Health Tower Health Medical Group, the Director of Physician Recruitment serves a key role in assuring that physician and AP needs for the growing health system are met in a timely fashion and within organizational and budgetary guidelines.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (Required), Master’s Degree (Preferred)

Professional recruiting experience, preferably in recruiting healthcare providers

7+ Years’ experience in Healthcare

Experience within a multi-hospital system environment (Preferred)

Knowledgeable of hospital environment and trends in evolving patient care models

Knowledgeable about physician specialties and trends in physician compensation

Creativity to develop innovative programs and tools

Ability to analyze and utilize physician satisfaction/retention data

Demonstrated ability and desire to mentor and develop staff
