Description

The Nurse Manager Cardiology THMG is responsible for the primary oversight of clinical operations and the performance of clinical staff, working in conjunction with the Section Chief and the Practice Manager. The Nurse Manager plays an active role in the supervision, recruitment, retention and professional growth of the clinical staff. The Nurse Manager assists in creation, implementation, and maintenance of clinical/patient care workflows and initiatives. The Nurse Manager oversees patient experience in the clinical setting and actively works toward continuous improvement. The Nurse Manager oversees clinical quality initiatives and maintains departmental clinical quality data.

Position Requirements 4 year / Bachelor's Degree: Nursing (Required)
Master's degree (Preferred)
ACLS CERTIFICATION (Required)
BLS CERTIFICATION (Required)
PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
Years Supervisory or Management (Required)
Cardiology or Cardiovascular and/or critical care clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (Required)
Required Skills: Excellent Communications Skills, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Microsoft Word, Multi Line Telephone Operational Skills

Special Notes Expected to travel between sites: Doctor's Office Building, Spring Ridge, Hamburg Office.
