Registered Nurse - Coordinator Cardiovascular Clinical Data - Full Time, Day Shift

The Cardiovascular Clinical Data Coordinator, in collaboration with the Cardiovascular Leadership, will provide operational & strategic support to the Cardiovascular Program. The Coordinator manages and reports data necessary to support the program. The Coordinator promotes collaborative practices and participates in establishing partnerships with physicians and entities of the Tower Health System.


Education Requirements

4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Master's Degree: Nursing or related Healthcare field (Preferred)

Certification and Licensure Requirements

  • PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)

Experience and Skills

  • 2+ Years of experience in clinical project management including team facilitation, clinical data measurement/analysis, and process improvement (Required)
  • 4+ Years clinical experience in chronic disease care to include knowledge of health prevention, maintenance as well as the phases of care: prevention, pre-hospital, stabilization, supportive care, rehabilitation, social re-integration (Required)
  • Experience in the clinical area relevant to patient population (Required)
  • Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Knowledge of EHR such as EPIC, RN Clinical Skills, critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret and manage clinical data, guide and assist in the development of quality indicators, monitor and analyze achievement of benchmark and best practice goals.
