RN Technology & Transformation Coordinator

The Technology & Transformation Coordinator works collaboratively with the users of clinical information systems and the Information Technology department to ensure the successful integration and use of clinical information technology at the point of care. This role will manage project work that aligns with organizational strategies and initiatives across the health system (acute care, ambulatory and outpatient settings). Serves as a Nursing leader and expert to develop and sustain an ongoing end user support structure that encourages enthusiasm for change and acceptance of clinical transformation and technology. Provides leadership to interdisciplinary and process improvement teams to identify future uses of the information systems and potential improvements in the current use of the systems. Guides processes within the system capabilities to support improvements in clinical outcomes, reduce redundancy and standardize clinical practice. Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing educational initiatives, BLS courses, staff development programs and new hire orientation.

Position Requirements

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)

  • 4 year / Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Required)

  • Master’s Degree (Preferred)

Certification and Licensure Requirements

  • BLS Certification (Required)



Experience and Skills

  • 3-5 years’ clinical experience (Required)

  • 1-3 years’ teaching experience (Preferred)

  • 1-3 years informatics experience (Required)

  • Required Skills: Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
